Dux Login – how to sign in to your account
Start playingYour account and sign-in process are managed by the operator, not by this information site. Dux explains the route, but only the operator can restore access, resolve a block or complete identity checks.
Sign in to your account
Use the operator's own website to reach your account. We cannot collect or change your credentials, and there is no sign-in form on this site.
- Open the operator's website.
- Use its sign-in button to open the account access page.
- Enter the email address and password chosen when you registered.
- Continue to your account only after the operator has accepted those details.
If you do not yet have an account, registration is completed with the operator as well.
Signing in from a phone
The operator's mobile website gives you the same account access as the desktop version. Use the email address and password from your registration, whether you are opening the site on a computer, tablet or phone.
Keep your ordinary account credentials rather than creating a second set for a different device. If you use a shared phone, sign out when you finish and avoid saving the password in a browser that another person can use.
When a login is refused
Several separate issues can stop an account opening, and each needs a different response.
- Wrong credentials: check the email address and password carefully, then use the operator's password reset route.
- Verification hold: identity checks can be required before payouts, when cumulative withdrawals reach CA$3,750, at account closure, or for German accounts within 30 days or after a €150 deposit.
- Self-exclusion: a self-excluded account cannot be used to log in. Contact the operator if you need to arrange a withdrawal of the remaining balance; we cannot bypass the restriction.
- Inactivity: an account dormant for 13 months begins attracting a €5 monthly maintenance fee. This is an account condition rather than a failed password.
- Regional eligibility: access is restricted for players in certain locations, including Ontario and the countries on the operator's restricted list.
Resetting a password
Password recovery belongs to the operator. Select the password reset option on the operator's own sign-in page, request the link to the registered email address and follow the instructions sent there.
If you no longer have access to that email inbox, ask the operator's support team to verify your identity through its established process. Never send a password, reset code or identity document to this site or to an address supplied in an unsolicited message.
Checks, holds and account restrictions
Some account holds are part of the operator's security and eligibility rules. They are not login faults, so repeated attempts do not remove them.
| Cause | Effect on access |
|---|---|
| Identity verification | The account may remain on hold until the required checks are completed. |
| Phone or email verification | The operator gives two weeks to complete verification; unverified funds are retained if the deadline passes. |
| Self-exclusion | Direct login and withdrawal access are blocked while the measure applies. |
| Inactivity | A €5 monthly maintenance fee applies from the 13th month of inactivity. |
Who to contact for account help
The operator provides live chat and email support, with both channels available 24/7. Keep your registered email address, the time the problem began and the exact message shown on screen ready when you contact them.
Account restoration, identity checks, regional eligibility and self-exclusion must be handled by the operator. This site can explain the process, but it cannot access your account or change its status.
Keep your access secure
Sign in only through the operator's own address, typed directly or saved as a bookmark. Do not follow a sign-in link in an unexpected email or message, and do not use a password that you use elsewhere.
Sign out on shared devices. If someone else needs to use the device, closing the account page is not enough; the session should be ended through the operator's sign-out control.
Access to this site is restricted to persons aged 18 and over (18+). Gambling should remain an optional leisure activity. For free and confidential support, visit BeGambleAware.org or call the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133 (free, 24/7).
